ALL ABOUT LEMON STAMPS

There could be a couple of reasons for this, you may not have checked in to your table properly. Or you didn’t spend the minimum amount required to collect a lemon stamp.

It may take up to an hour for a lemon stamp to appear in your app after your visit. But if you’ve still not received after this time, then please drop us a line here and we’ll be happy to help.

PERKS & REWARDS

Reward vouchers are one-time redemption only and are loaded onto your app as your reward for moving up up a level. Whereas you’re able to use your Perks multiple times. However you do have to choose which Perk you’d like to use on your visit, as these can’t be used together. For example, you’re unable to use your Anytime Perk alongside your 10% off Set Menu Perk.

No, unfortunately you can’t use different Perks at the same time. For example, you may not use an Anytime Perk alongside your 10% off Set Menu Perk on the same table.

However, you may use multiple Anytime Perks on the same table. For example, if you and your party all have an Anytime Perk code, you may use these together.

You’re also unable to use a Perk with any third party offers or promotions.
